Office Ergonomic Assessments

Occupational Health Physiotherapy is about improving the health of your employees. Office Ergonomic Assessments identify problem areas to enable staff to do their job more effectively. Often the way that we work, particularly in office environments, can contribute to aches, neck pain, elbow and wrist pain and back pain.

If persistent, these aches and pains can go on to cause musculoskeletal disorders, which make working life more difficult. By ensuring that the workplace is ergonomically sound, and by encouraging good workplace health and wellbeing, these aches and pains can be prevented. With targeted physiotherapy, the musculoskeletal disorders can be treated, resulting in happier, healthier and more productive employees.

Research has shown that an Occupational Health Physiotherapist can typically produce a return on investment of £3 for every £1 spent (ACPOHE, 2016).
